POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

Most materials are checked out for one week and may be rechecked.

Reserve (overnight) materials are checked out after school and returned the next morning before first period.

Students with overdue materials must clear their records before checking out more materials.

A photocopier is available for students' use. Request permission at the circulation desk.

Computers are available for students' use. Request permission at the circulation desk for typing, printing, or Internet (in other words, for anything except the Athena catalog). The Internet may be used only for school-related research, not for e-mail, chat groups, games, etc. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in disciplinary referral and loss of Internet privileges.

A signed copy of the school's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) must be submitted to the office before accessing the Internet. A list of students who have not submitted their forms is available in the library.

The library is open throughout the school day, from 7:30 A.M. until at least 4:00 P.M., including all lunch periods.
