A reminder to parents of Head Start and Pre-K students who are enrolling for the 2007-2008 school year:
When your child receives his/her 4-year-old shots, please bring a copy of the record to the nurse's office.

The School Nurse:
Serves as the child's advocate
Provides specialized health care
Conduct health screenings
Immunization Clinics:
Texas Department of Health, 100 West Brazos;
903-729-1116. 1st 4 Tuesdays of each month. 8 - 11am, 1-3pm.
Bring shot record and social security number
Fees: sliding scale based on income; medicaid, no charge.
